Ordering from HermeticKa

Please carefully review this ordering and shipping
information before placing your order with HermeticKa.

To place an order with HermeticKa, you will need to purchase $50 or more worth of products. We have a $50 minimum order charge. We cannot begin to process your order until we receive your payment. Once your payment is received by us, please allow approximately one month for your order to be shipped to you.

You can easily place an order with a Credit Card, Debit Card, E-Check or Money Order using our secure shopping cart system. We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express), Debit Cards and E-Checks through PayPal, which is our secure online payment provider. Our secure shopping cart (SSL encrypted) will allow you to easily place an order using PayPal (which is free for U.S. customers). PayPal no longer requires customers to set up or use a PayPal account to pay for their orders. You can now send payments instantly with your credit card or checking account using PayPal in our shopping cart. Making payments through PayPal is now easier than ever, and it is safe and private. Your financial information is never shared with others when you make payments with PayPal. The sales tax is included in the sales price (when applicable).

Shipping Charges

Shipping and handling charges are based on a percentage of the subtotal of your order over $100 and a flat rate under $100 (except for single item orders going outside the US and Canada). However, if the weight of a product (or products) in your order greatly exceeds this charge, HermeticKa reserves the right to increase the shipping rate if needed. We will contact you to inform you of any shipping rate increase.

Please refer to the following structure for our general shipping charges:

Within the U.S. - 10% of subtotal ($10 for orders under $100). Priority Mail.

Canada - 20% of subtotal for orders over $100 ($20 for orders under $100). Global Express Mail.

Single items outside U.S. and Canada - Flat rate of $35. For single item orders only. Global Express Mail.

Outside U.S. and Canada - 35% of subtotal for orders over $100 ($35 for orders under $100). Global Express Mail.

Orders take approximately one month to be shipped to customers. We ship all of our orders via Priority Mail to customers in the US with a USPS Delivery Confirmation and Insured Mail Receipt Number. We ship all of our orders via USPS Global Express Mail to customers in other Countries.

Please note that we cannot be responsible for packages once they leave the United States. Also, customers outside the United States may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once an order shipment reaches another Country, and we are not responsible for this or for any other charges for customs clearance in your Country. We have absolutely no control over these additional charges and, if applicable, they are your responsibility. Customs policies differ from Country to Country, so you may want to contact your local Customs Office to find out if any additional charges apply in your Country before placing your order with HermeticKa. Also, orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to opening and inspection by the customs authorities in your Country.

Shipped orders that are "unclaimed" and returned to us will be held for 60 days. If your order is unclaimed and returned to us, we will attempt to contact you by e-mail (and/or phone) three times to resend the order to you. You must respond (or contact us) within 60 days of the date of the unclaimed return to have us resend your order to you. You will be charged for the extra shipping cost. After 60 days from the date that we receive the unclaimed return, we will no longer hold unto the order.

Other Information

It is the responsibility of the customer (the buyer) to ascertain and obey all local, state, federal and international laws and/or statutes regarding the possession and use of any item sold on this web site. Customers must be of legal age to place an order with HermeticKa. By placing an order with HermeticKa, the customer represents that the products he or she orders will be used in a lawful manner and that he or she is of legal age. None of the products sold on this web site are intended for internal use and they are NOT intended to cause injury, damage or loss of any kind to oneself or another. HermeticKa will not be held liable for the misuse of any products sold on this web site. HermeticKa assumes no responsibility for injury, damage or loss incurred by the use of any merchandise sold on this web site. By entering this web site and purchasing products from HermeticKa, you (the customer) agree to and accept all of these statements and terms, and you affirm that you are of legal age.

All sales with HermeticKa are final. Due to the nature of our business, we have a no return policy. However, we will not ship products to you below our own standards for high quality products. You can expect only high quality products from HermeticKa. We cannot accept returns or exchanges and we do not give refunds. But if you live in the US and any items you receive from us are damaged from the shipping process, please contact us immediately by e-mail at order@hermeticka.com, and please keep all the packing materials and damaged items in the box it was shipped in. We cannot assume responsibility for packages and items that are shipped to other Countries outside the US Postal System. However, we offer the highest quality of shipping and handling to our customers. Every order we ship receives thorough attention and is securely packaged to ensure its safe arrival.

HermeticKa does not keep an inventory of products to offer at wholesale cost. Many of our hand-crafted products are made-to-order. HermeticKa primarily acts as a retail webstore and internet channel for various wholesalers, craftspeople and custom designers.

HermeticKa makes no claims of supernatural or therapeutic effects or powers for any of its products. All magick is in the Will of the individual and our products are tools for the individual to fulfill his or her Will.
